Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene and the health of other customers, we cannot take back cannabis flowers that cannot be redistributed once opened and used. Products that are considered “defective” may be eligible for a refund if they are expired, mouldy or damaged.
How can I return a product?
All sales are considered final sales except under the following three conditions:
– Defective products (expired, moldy, damaged in transit).
– Products delivered in error (wrongly delivered product, over or under delivery)
– Recalled products
If a product is defective, delivered in error or recalled, you may be entitled to a refund.
Contact our Customer Care Centre by emailing us at email@example.com to request a return and provide the following information:
1. reason for return
2. order number
3. description of the product
5. photo of the product that has a defect.
Please note: Returns are not final until they have been received and assessed by our warehouse team. If the return is deemed ineligible, shipping charges will not be refunded and the item(s) will not be returned or refunded.
